 Myanmar, also known as Burma. Myanmar country is located in Southeast Asia. Myanmar, the official name of the Southeast Asian Nation commonly known as Burma is a must - visit destination who like beaches and Buddha.  1. Capital: Nay pyi Daw ( Abode the Kings ) is the capital city of Myanmar. Nay Pyi Daw was built in the central basin of Myanmar in the early 21st century to serve as the country's new administrative centre. Yangon ( formerly known as Rangoon ) is the largest city and a major economic hub.



 2. Population: Myanmar has a diverse population of over 54 million people. 

 3. Language: Burmese is the official Language of Myanmar. There are many other languages spoken by ethnic minorities, including others from the Sino - Tibetan family:

1. Shan - 11%.

2. Arakanese - 6%.

3. Karen - 5%.

4. Jingpho or Kachin - 2.5%.

5. Various Austro - Asiatic languages : Mon - 3% or Indo- Iranian, including Bengali and Nepali.

5. Economy: Myanmar economy is estimated in2023, GDP per capita in Myanmar would be $5,130.00 in PPP per capita and $1,240.00 in nominal per capita. GDP is projected to increase by 3% in the year to september 2023, still around 10% lower than in 2019.
